1. Where do you deliver?

We currently offer free standard shipping across the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) are processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we only provide free standard delivery within the UK. We do not offer expedited or next-day delivery options.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We offer a 30-day free return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange and check item availability.
