1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a customer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s), without needing to provide a reason.

At Britgarden, we extend this right to a 30-day return window, to give you greater flexibility and peace of mind.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging

  • All components, parts, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may be rejected or subject to a partial refund

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 30 calendar days of receiving your order:

Once your return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label. We cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the United Kingdom.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window. Please contact us in advance to confirm item availability.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
